The problems we work on are hard. Finance runs on some of the most complex information workflows in the world, and building AI that actually meets that bar requires people who care about getting difficult things right.

That's who we hire. Our team includes former bankers, investors, lawyers, and consultants who know the domain firsthand, alongside engineers and researchers from the most iconic software companies. Some joined after using Hebbia as customers. Others had never touched a financial model before arriving.
